Simple Three-Step Process
The Pacific-framed certification program consists of:

Online learning modules
Successful completion of a selected industry-related and recognised Talanoa Education online course.

In-person talanoa sessions
Participation in two (2) talanoa sessions (in-person or virtual).

Workplace assessment
Completion of a workplace project with a focus of knowledge application and evaluation.
